Laura qualified in 2007 in the UK where she worked across 2 large hospitals, one being a trauma hospital. She specialized in both theatre and recovery. She has experience in many specialties and have done some time in ICU and HDU. She then spent 2 years in a pediatric hospital in theatre and recovery before moving to Barbados.

In Barbados, she worked mostly in a private hospital in theatre and assisting in anesthesia.
