As a forty-five year woman who has dreamed of becoming a mother for more than a decade I am absolutely compelled to describe my experience with BFC. I hope the description of my experience will lend to the fact that BFC cannot be beaten on clinical excellence, professionalism, communication and above all the real sense they are literally holding your hand throughout the whole process.
I speak from the experience of being a health care professional in a related field and in addition having attended some of the well known fertility clinics in London.
From the very outset you are made to feel that your dreams may be realised and the the clinical pathway leaves no stone unturned. BFC requires a successful outcome from your journey and all procedures are are individually tailored to give you the best possible chance.
The consistency of care and support is astonishing with Dionne – Nurse Coordinator at the helm to ensures that you are en pointe for every part of the process.
Front of house staff Cyrilene – Receptionist and Rhonda – Finance are outstanding in generating a warm and empathic environment and take a real interest in your overall well being.
Emma – Theatre Nurse extraordinaire possesses a very high level of proficiency, heavily sprinkled with welcome wit and charm.
Natalie – Embryologist made you feel that she was willing you embryos on at every stage and her daily correspondence certainly reflected her upbeat character.
The very fact that BFC demonstrates its holistic approach to this arduous path is the inclusion of therapies such as massage and acupuncture of which I undertook. The massage was so deeply relaxing and exactly what you need before embryo transfer.
The whole philosophy that Barabdos Fertility Centre has cultivated is the creme de la creme of of fertility centres.
Of course the back drop of beautiful Barbados does assist, but in all honesty I believe this team would clearly outshine any clinic regardless of venue!
